i love yesterday's extreme makeover: home edition. it was for a family of 4-parents who couldnt speak, and a blind younger son, leaving the elder son the only normal being in the family. stefan (the elder son) gave up his dream of going to college as he was concerned of the safety of his family. the team sent them for a holiday and renovated their house, full of security devices. due to stefan's undying love and contribution to the family, the team presented him with a 50k scholarship for him to study in college. the series yesterday deeply touched me, i almost cried. everyone else in the show yesterday did.
anyway, spent my yesterday at stylesfrombeyond's workshop bukit timah cc. not that i planned to go there. mum said gladys had something to discuss. well mum is always up to something when she wants me to go for nothing. i ended up joining the rest of the participants learning a little something from the guys. it was fun, despite the fact that they taught us steps i could hardly do. breakdancing. okay now i know the basics. wahaha.
p/s: knowing does not mean can do. lol.
fun fun. and im going for a different class today. i'd better enjoy myself to the maximum. :)
