being a leader is not as easy as it is. u have responsibilities and power over the rest. but no right u have to take the power for granted. a good leader is receptive. listens to every single member's opinions and ideas. no favouritism. takes each and everyone's liking into consideration, not only his own. a good leader produces a good product upon using the best of all ideas given by the team. shares credits with the team. does not pinpoint the mistakes team members create. instead highlights and encourages them to polish their weaknesses. noone is perfect. a good leader understands that. does not criticise team members. accepts each members' flaws. stands up for the team and the members. shows good examples and shares his knowledge with the rest. with a good leader, comes happy members and hence a good team. don't seem to qualify for the above criteria?
next better leader please.
